Hk 91 receiver.
It is a factory HK-91. I checked the receiver. it is still straight and true. Pin holds are not worn or elongated. I noticed the problem this last time I went out with it. I put about 100 rounds of surplus Australian 7.62x51 through it (out of an unopened tan plastic battlepack from the early 2000's) cycled everything normally.
